We Believe The Bible is the divinely inspired, authoritative Word of God. We believe that Heaven and Hell are literal places. We believe the Holy Bible to be literal. We believe God's WORD is our final authority. We believe in God's holy covenant of marriage. We believe He hates divorce. We believe divorce is not the "unforgivable sin" We believe even with valid biblical grounds, God hates the consequences of Divorce We believe God grieves over domestic violence. We believe the children are the real victims of divorce We Believe God is a forgiving God. |
We were...Wives. We were lovers. We were their life Partners we were their help-mates. We were faithful. We were homemakers and the mothers of their Children some of us, contributed to the family budget with our careers, part time jobs, 2nd job, etc. We were bible study teachers, choir members and Sunday school teachers. We tithed, we fasted and we prayed. Oh, Lord how we prayed! We never believed DIVORCE would happen to us. We are...Christian women in all ages and stages of separation, and divorce. All of us are on our own unique path with God. We are women who had to take the journey and while it may not have been easy, we survived. You will survive, too. We are the Picket Fences community. |
